Select a date to create a booking. Select an existing booking from its calendar label to edit it. Calendar dates reflect event dates.
Package chairs and tables count toward reserved inventory automatically when matching inventory items exist. Availability is calculated from active bookings with overlapping rental periods. Inventory checks apply to items added here and assigned to bookings.

Import records
Export your Google Sheet as CSV, then select it below. The importer recognizes common headings such as Customer, Date, Phone, Tables, Chairs, Total, Deposit and Status. Review imported bookings afterward; unsupported columns are retained in notes. CSV import adds records, so importing the same file twice creates duplicates.
Export and backup
Restoring a backup replaces the bookings and inventory currently saved in this browser. Keep a separate backup before restoring.
